Privacy Policy

Starbridge ("we") is the controller of the personal data processed on this site, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018 — LGPD). This policy explains, in plain terms, what we collect, why, and what your rights are.

1. Data we collect

  • Make or Buy calculator form: full name, work email and, if you wish, a summary of your context. We also keep the numbers you entered in the simulation and the calculated result, to generate your analysis.
  • Cookies: we only use essential cookies (such as the one storing your cookie preference). Analytics tools will only be enabled with your consent — none are active today.
  • Consent records: when you interact with the cookie notice or the form, we record the choice made, the date and the version of the accepted text, as proof of consent.

2. How we use it

  • To email you the PDF analysis you requested (legal basis: consent, LGPD art. 7, I).
  • To contact you commercially about the analysis topic, when you authorize it in the form (legal basis: consent).
  • To understand calculator usage in aggregate and improve the content (simulation data, without identification, when you do not submit the form).

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We use vendors that operate on our behalf (processors): Google (spreadsheets and email delivery), Zoho (CRM where we organize contacts), Netlify (site hosting) and Supabase (consent records). Each processes data only for the purposes above.

4. How long we keep it

Contact and analysis data: for as long as the commercial relationship lasts or until you request deletion. Consent records: for the period needed to meet legal obligations.

5. Your rights

The LGPD grants you, among others: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion and withdrawal of consent at any time (art. 18). To exercise any right, write to pedro@starbridge.com.br — we reply within 15 days.
